How often will there be new scents?

New stocks will be replenished periodically, check back often to find out more or sign up for our newsletter for first dibs news! Follow us on Instagram @mellowover for the latest!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Before you receive your tracking notification, you can inform us of any change of items with similiar value through Instagram chat or Whatsapp us at 8751 8835. If courier notification is already received, no changes can be made. Cancellation of orders is not accepted.

Where does MellowOver ship to?

We ship within Singapore only.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed will be shipped out from the next 1 - 3 working days. You can expect courier delivery with tracking number and updates sent to your mobile or email. Delivery speed depends on courier service.

What are the shipping rates?

Free delivery on all orders! Yay!

Can I try the candle scents physically?

Yes you can! Make an exclusive appointment through the "Appointment" link on the side menu bar. Alternatively, drop us a message on Instagram @mellowover or Whatsapp at 8751 8835.

Can I return my order?

Due to hygiene purposes, returns are not accepted.

Is there a reward programe?

Yes! Do sign up for Smiles reward programe to collect Mellows (points) for your next purchase.
