Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or accept returns for candles.

What if my item is damaged upon receiving?
In case of damaged products, do not fret, we got you!  If you’ve received a damaged, or incorrect item, send us an email; hello@mellowover.com with a clear photo of the defect or the wrong item you received, along with your name and order number upon receiving the product. Do also mail us the product as shown in the photo and the damage item will be assessed for refund / exchange or partial refund.
